If you see an identical charge from Blue Monkeys Ltd. recorded in your selected payment method balance, don't panic! One of them should be automatically deleted within the next 5 working days.
This may happen when paying by card because:

one record is a reservation charge where we have no control over: it is your bank doing it to make sure you have sufficient funds in your balance to make the purchase.

the second charge is what we actually took from your balance when the purchase is confirmed.
If you are in doubt, please reach out your bank directly so they can fix the problem in case it persists.
If the customer still persists in us investigating it then please ask your manager (they will be able to access the Adyen finance system and check the debits)
