I want to return my order
You are welcome to return any item as long as it is still in the original packets, sealed and unopened. If the packet is opened, we cannot accept it for hygiene reasons. We want our customers to also trust that we never sell jewellery that was worn by someone else. You are responsible for return costs if you are choosing to return something to us. If there is a problem with the jewellery, contact our customer service team using the contact page.
All returns must go through your online account. To make a return, log into your account on our website. Once logged in, go to 'My returns' and 'Create new return'. Follow the online instructions. The system will either approve to return your item straight away or submit the request to us to approve (depending on your selections). The system will guide you. The return address is given during the process.
Also, when you send the item to us, I would recommend using tracking so you can track the parcel. Please also use a padded envelope to avoid transit damage to the jewellery. If the returned item is lost or damaged, we accept no responsibility for it.
Please ensure you follow all the customs rules for shipping from a non EU country to an EU country (customs form needs to be completed and the order invoice attached to the envelope for customs to see)
