If you are paying with debit or credit card & the payment is refused, it is most likely due to a security process called '3DS Security'.

This is a two-step verification process for online payments to avoid card fraud. If your 3DS approval fails, we can't process your order. What you can do is contact your bank. Many bank cards support 3DS, especially those that use MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by VISA technology. Some of the issues that can cause your payment to fail are:

• your card doesn't support 3DS,
• 3DS is switched off, or not enabled on your card,
• you don't have sufficient funds.

These problems can prevent you from completing your purchase. As a first step, contact your bank. If you can, try using a different payment method at the checkout, e.g. PayPal.
