How can I track my order? Where is my order?

Please don't worry! Your order will arrive soon. 

Check the business days (Monday to Friday). If we are still within the estimated delivery time (2-5 business days for standard delivery, 2-3 business days for FedEx, 1-2 business days for DHL Express) please refer to the tracking link sent to you. Business days are Monday to Friday. All times are estimates only & never guaranteed.

If you made the order after 4pm, it is sent the next business day. For example, if you made the order at 5pm on Friday, it is sent on Monday afternoon. Tuesday is then the first business day. If you made the order on the weekend, it is shipped Monday afternoon (we are closed on weekends). Tuesday is then the first business day.

The tracking services are not operated or owned by us and are not a live system. Updates can appear anytime. We ship 99% of orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If 24 hours has passed (on a business day), we shipped your order. There is no need to ask us if we shipped it. We do not keep orders in the office for long!
