- If you need to change the delivery address, make sure that we haven't already sent you a shipping confirmation email.
- If we have, that means that your order was shipped and we can no longer make any changes because we don't have it with us.
- But if your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at email@example.com immediately, and don't forget to provide us with the correct details and your order number.
This is what a correct and complete address contains:
Name on Mailbox (Only if different, or if it is a company/store)
Floor and/or apartment number (If building complex)
Please note that we can not provide instructions to the mailman, as our parcels are delivered via regular postal service and not express couriers.
