If you need to cancel an order with Bodymod, this article explains what happens next and when you can expect your refund. We’ll also cover what to do if you paid with Klarna.

Order cancellation and refund

You need to speak to a human to cancel it. Orders can be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. Once it has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Orders in transit cannot be cancelled because you could still receive the order. To cancel an order after it is shipped, you need to receive and return it

If the cancellation can be done:

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  The time it takes for the money to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Klarna invoices are handled directly by Klarna.

  If you still see an active invoice after cancellation, contact Klarna support for help.
