Introduction

If you need to return an unopened item, you can start the return process through your online account. This guide explains how to create a return and how to send your item back safely in its original packaging.

Before you start

• It must be within 100 days of receiving it
• Your item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• You need access to your online account.
• We recommend using tracked shipping for your return.
• Use a padded envelope or similar protective packaging to help prevent damage in transit.

How to create your return

1. Log in to your online account.
2. Go to My returns.
3. Select Create new return.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request.

How to send the item back

1. Keep the item in its original packaging.
2. Place it inside a padded envelope or other protective parcel.
3. Choose a tracked shipping service so you can follow the parcel on its way back to us.
4. Send the parcel using the return instructions shown in your account.
5. Make sure to complete relevant customs forms if you are from a non-EU country, including attaching a copy of your sales invoice to the outside of the package
