Orders can be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. Once it has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Orders in transit cannot be cancelled because you could still receive the order. To cancel an order after it is shipped, you need to receive and return it

If we can cancel it, the money is credited back to your original form of payment within 1-5 days (depending on your payment method). If you paid with Klarna, Klarna will receive the refund in 3-5 days. It is their responsibility to amend your invoice and payment.

We also send shipping emails once we send each order. It is too late to cancel the order if you have received this. We are sorry! ☹️
