Make sure the delivery time has actually expired before contacting us. We are not able to assist before the projected delivery estimates have expired.
Remember that public holidays, weekends, and our warehouse closing dates do not count in the estimated delivery time.
Please note the following:
- Check the delivery status of your package either at https://www.anpost.com/ if you've chosen Priority shipping or at https://www.dhl.com/ie-en/home/tracking.html if you opted for DHL Express delivery.
- You can fetch your tracking code from the confirmation email we sent you when we shipped your order. Copy and paste that code in the respective link.
