Tracking your package is easy! After placing your order, you will shortly receive an e-mail with a tracking code, which confirms that we’ve shipped your order. If you didn’t receive the e-mail, check your SPAM folder.
You can also log into your account on our webshop and navigate to ‘My Orders’ to see your order's tracking code.
- Check the delivery status of your package either at https://www.anpost.com/ if you've chosen Priority shipping or at https://www.dhl.com/ie-en/home/tracking.html if you opted for DHL Express delivery.
If you chose the ‘DHL Express’ shipping method, DHL will also send you details about delivery via SMS, so keep an eye on your phone.
