If you need to change any details (delivery address, name on the mailbox, product size, colour, etc.) please make sure that we haven't already sent you a shipment confirmation email. Note that the shipment confirmation email is different from the email you received right after finalising your purchase.
If we have sent you a shipment confirmation email, that means that your order is dispatched and we can no longer make any changes because we don't have it with us.
But if your order has not yet been dispatched, you're still good to notify us of any address changes. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and don't forget to provide us with the correct details (full name, full address, name on the mailbox, etc.), plus, your order number.
It is essential that you clearly state the correct details in your first message: this will avoid any dispatching delays. We will confirm we have successfully made the changes via e-mail.
- If you want to change the size, colour, etc. you may request this in your email as well. But please note that in many cases we will have to cancel your order instead, as we can't make all changes in our system. Thus the only option is to cancel the order and place it again. If so, we will re-add your products to your cart, so that you may easily purchase them again, with the changes you wanted.
