If you can't log in to your account, you can try a few things:

• Instead of using the auto-fill option on your device, type in your details manually. Don't insert extra spaces before or after your e-mail address or password. This can make them invalid.
• If you still cannot log in, click on the button "Have you forgotten your password?", located right below the password field. You will receive an e-mail to restore it. If you don't receive an e-mail in your inbox, check your SPAM folder.
• In case you don't receive the password restoration e-mail, the issue may be in the e-mail address you used to register your account at Bodymod. We can help you with that; just write to us at help@bodymod.support from the same email you are trying to log in with. If you write to us from a different email address we won't be able to help you due to GDPR.
