If you forgot your password then navigate to the login section on our website. Click on "Have you forgotten your password?", right under the blank box where you enter the password. The system will guide you through creating a new one.

You will receive an e-mail to restore it. If you can't see it in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.

If you haven't received an e-mail to restore your password, there might be an error with the e-mail address registered in your Bodymod account. In that case, please contact us at help@bodymod.support so that we can have a look at your account. Note that you must email us from the exact same email address that you try to access the account with, due to GDPR regulations.
