Make sure the delivery time has actually expired before contacting us. We are not able to assist before the projected delivery estimates have expired.
Remember that public holidays, weekends, and our warehouse closing dates do not count in the estimated delivery time.
Please note the following:
- Check your tracking code and keep an eye on it. We ship most parcels with tracking and thus you are able to see the same things as we are.
- Our parcels are delivered by a third party. It is usually the national postal service, unless you selected something else. Thus we can't do much more than request an update as well as you can.
- If you are on any, non-mainland-bridge island, the regular delivery period is not applicable. An additional 1-2 working days for delivery should be considered as normal.
