How can I track my order?
Tracking your package is easy! After placing your order, you will shortly receive an e-mail with a link and a tracking code, which confirms that we’ve shipped your order. If you didn’t receive the e-mail, check your SPAM folder. You can also log into your account on the website, and navigate to ‘My Orders’ to see your order's tracking code.
If you chose the ‘DHL Express’ shipping method, DHL will also send you details about delivery via SMS, so keep an eye on your phone.
