The arrival of your package depends on a few things:
- which delivery method you chose (Priority or Express)
- when you placed your order (which day, what time)
You can choose the delivery method at the checkout, where you can see the estimated shipping time and cost of the different methods.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a 'We've shipped your order' confirmation e-mail containing all the information you need. The delivery time starts counting from the following working day.
For example, if you place an order on Friday before 6 pm, the next working day is Monday. To check your order status, log in to the website, and go to 'My Orders' or open the confirmation e-mail we've sent you.
