I received wrong/defective products
In the unlike case that a product is defective when you receive your order DO NOT OPEN THE SEALED PACKAGE. If you do so, we won't be able to change/replace the product.

- Please send a picture at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number. The picture needs to clearly show the problem: that means that the sealed bag must be seen completely and that the defect has to be visible in the picture you send to us.
Feel free to send more than one photo if necessary, or even a video if you want to explain things further.
- If your order did not arrive complete, meaning that you bought an item that you did not receive inside your parcel, please contact us at email@example.com including your order number. Don't forget to mention what is the product missing so that we can check the security cameras in our warehouse at the moment we were packing your order.
