If you haven't yet received a shipping confirmation e-mail, you're still good to cancel your order.
Send us an e-mail immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and Order Number.
Without these details, we can not guarantee that your order will be successfully canceled before shipping. If the cancellation is successful, we will notify you via email, and no charge will be made.
- If you see a charge made on your account, don't panic! It will be automatically deleted. Depending on your selected payment method, it might however take some time for your bank to release back the funds to you.
- If you have already received a shipment confirmation e-mail, that means that your order has been shipped. Hence, it is no longer possible to cancel because we no longer have it with us.
