Payment didn't go through
Our system automatically cancels orders that have not been paid within an hour.
If that was the case with your order, please re-submit it by following these steps:
- Log in to our website and click into "My Account".
- Click the "Reorder" button next to the order you want to re-submit.
- If your payment method requires it, make sure to complete the payment within an hour after making your order.
